In the month of October, students from classes 1 to 5 at BBPS, Dwarka, participated in a range of stimulating and informative activities aimed at deepening their comprehension of this significant event. We designed the activities to blend happiness, innovation, and education, emphasizing the principles of affection, safeguarding, and enduring recollections. The Bal Bharati Public school, Dwarka was filled with Dussehra vibes as students enjoyed a fun activity involving a cutout of Bhagwan Ram's face. Blindfolded, each child took turns trying to place a crown on Raavan's head, adding excitement and laughter to the celebration. Students from Bal Bharati Public School, Dwarka, the best co-curricular school participated in a craft activity where they created a Raavan effigy with ten heads. Each head featured notes with words such as "cruel," "harsh," "rude," "evil," and "ego," representing various negative traits. This engaging activity helped students learn important moral values and the significance of conquering these negative qualities. As the day came to an end, the children of BBPS, Dwarka, departed with a renewed sense of connection and appreciation for the values embodied by Dussehra. The day was a delightful blend of creativity, learning, and heartfelt emotions. The celebrations at our school not only brought joy and excitement but also fostered a deeper understanding of the cultural traditions that unite us as a community. These efforts underscored the importance of commemorating cultural customs in a way that is both educational and unforgettable. |
