I really appreciate the way you have taught her(Elina Dixit-3-A) this sufi dance and now I can see she is able to dance to this song on a stage all alone. She performed the same dance on 15th August in our society and bagged the first prize as certificate and a medal.

I am really thankful to you mam the way you have taught not only her but a group of such small students which is really difficult and they performed so well in the rhythm. Thank you for being so positive and supportive of their learning process. This was not only limited to the students but the way you have counselled me on the calls every time how to prepare her for the event, your help in coordination for the outfit, taking my calls everytime in your busy schedule. even you supported me when I was not able to send Elina after school times. Words will fall short to say "Thanks''.

Many congratulations! on motivating your whole team put a great show, what a production!!

What a wonderful idea it was of showcasing the world through Maria Montessori' s perspective , the countries chosen to be displayed by the teachers and students were remarkable and very carefully and intelligently selected, the concept of the function was outstanding and highly appealing.

I was very carefully observing the manner in which the children were performing their respective roles, It was a studiously planned function which went flawlessly, making every parent proud of their children.

The Pre-Primary Department did a commendable job, from props, dresses to decor, everything was apt and perfectly taken care of.

Many times the parents underestimate the potential of their children , however the faith and confidence in the potential of these young buds , which the school reposed in them , undoubtedly proved that young students of BBPS can achieve much greater heights.

The entire function highlighted that the pre-primary department, teachers , the headmistress and the sub staff believed in themselves and in the confidence of their students.

It was heartening to watch the memorable performance of young children in front of large gathering who were not even once distracted from the chosen role.

I would love to share my feedback with you of sports day of PS and PP group organized by the school and very talented and hardworking teachers of BBPS. Firstly I have never thought that my little munchkin is this much capable as I see him completely different at home. Did not expected such a great and overwhelming performance by our sweet little kids. Their hard work, their excitement, their joy and their energy level of performing was so high. I saw my son's face he was laughing and enjoying at same time. The moment they entered for their performance, that feeling i can't explain in words I had tears in my eyes by seeing that kid is growing in every field he is confident. Hatsoff to rupika ma'am and to all other teachers who made this happen. It was their patience, hardwork and the bond with the kids which made it happen.. so grateful to got a chance to see my son performing so well. It was not less than a treat to watch them like this. It was very well organized and presented. Experiential learning is the need of the hour and students learn better by doing things themselves and gets engaged well during the process. Sports plays an important part in improving physical and mental health of kids. A good sport helps in building confidence and leadership skills.

Once gain thanks to all the teachers in making such a great efforts to make it happen. It was great to be part of the event on 25th Feb 2023 and look forward to more such events.

Dear Mam

We'd like to thank you for organizing the Solan trip for the students. The kids enjoyed the trip, and it was a good learning experience for students.

We understand the pain and management skills required for organizing Trips for Kids. The trip was extremely well organized in all aspects, including transportation, timing, activities, food, stay arrangements, communications, and everything.

We can clearly see why teachers are always special throughout our lives and why we remember them even after decades.

Extracurricular activities by the school are considered money-making traps in today's society; however, I am still puzzled as to why BBPS has not charged even a single penny for the trip; at the very least, the actual cost must be recovered from the students.

We personally encourage more trips, even if they are paid, because in today's world, learning inside and outside the classroom is equally important.

Thank you and hats off to the entire staff of BBPS Dwarka, including the backend team, for organizing such a fantastic trip for the primary students.

“Thank you for putting BBPS, Dwarka in the National map”

Respected Madam,

I am a witness to the rise of BBPS Dwarka under your leadership. It is the result of your years of hard work and dedication. You have always been a winner. The national award in 2021 is a feather in your hat. You have always been an explanatory educationist, thinker, and a great leader. We found a divine-human being within you during the pandemic. You stood a stall to safeguard the BBPS family members during the turmoil.

The Vedas and the epics (Ramayana and Mahabharat) were preserved based on the Shruti (listening skill).

Sanjaya used online mode to feed the information to Dhritarashtra.

I wish to correlate these two examples in the modern context.

These days the students are the selective listener. They want to listen to those which are within the syllabus.
Education is not just passing the information. Sanjaya is passing the information online. Lord Krishna taught Arjuna at the Kurukshetra battlefield in physical mode.

The parents demand to pass on the classwork through whats app. They do not realize the difference between education and merely passing some information. The students listen to the teachers and do the classwork. It is education. When they get the classwork copy on an app, it is just an information transfer. You have initiated many value-based curricula in BBPS Dwarka over the years. However, the atmosphere is very dynamic post-pandemic. Pandemic has put an unprecedented challenge on the educational system. We are very fortunate that BBPS Dwarka has a leader like you. I am sure that under your dynamic leadership, the BBPS Dwarka will sail through the difficult period with flying colors.

Computer & AI classes in Class – V in the session 2021-22

Dear Madam,

This is regarding Computer & AI classes in Class – V that my ward has undergone in the previous session 2021-22.

Thanks to the computer mam and her excellent pedagogy my ward became interested in programming and now he himself started coding in Scratch. Having a Software Development background and being working from home, observed that many difficult coding aspects were described in such a simple and elegant way that kids absorbed the new paradigm with ease. Not only this, Code.org, CsFirst. WithGoogle and MIT-AppInventor etc. were introduced to the little minds and did some hands-on too. Thanks to her tutelage and guidance my ward scored 3rd rank in an Inter School Autodraw Competition. My sincere gratitude and thanks to Team-BBPS-Dwarka & Ramandeep mam for introducing Computer & AI classes and making our little ones' future ready.

This is with respect to a sudden onset of a pandemic in early 2020, continuing till date and how BBPS Dwarka has risen to the challenge.

I believe, while many professions did not see any kind of break, holidays or WFH (owing to the nature of work) like doctors, paramedical staff, police and other essential services professionals, we failed to acknowledge the teachers role. While all other professions have dealt with emergencies/ crisis of various kinds and they are almost used to it, teacher usually have been somewhat unaffected.

However, the COVID-19 crisis and the associated nationwide lockdown came about a week before the session 2020-21 was about to start and BBPS Dwarka equipped the staff with all required technological support and the school started in the online mode without even a single day's delay. Other schools had the technology excuse. In fact, BBPS Dwarka made a good & serious effort to make most of the time as students hardly had any commuting to do. With online classes, holidays and breaks were reduced. This only shows, teacher and staff have overworked, without any complaints.

We are indebted towards this resilient effort and approach by the BBPS teachers and staff and wish the entire BBPS family safe and healthy times ahead!

I am the mother of Riya Singh (1B) and would really like to give my feedback for the Virtual Assembly which was held today via Online Learning class.

Whether it was the weather report or the Baisakhi Dance performed by the little kids, it was mesmerizing to watch them perform so nicely and confidently. Albeit, I had really wished if Riya could attend all these activities in school premises so that she could participate, become confident and learn each day.

But, in this difficult time, BBPS is really putting a lot of efforts into keeping the learning going on without hiccups. Lastly, the national anthem played in Virtual Assembly will help to develop a sense of patriotism in our future generation.

All teachers are teaching in a very friendly manner which is overwhelming... but for an individual it's very exhausting To attend the class every day (7 days) at 8 am daily.. as students are also asked to attend live classes of our coaching institute very often, which sometimes clash with the school's timings. So I cordially request you that the initiating time to be postponed to 9-10a.m. with a break of 15 mins between the consecutive classes, which may lend students more time for self study. I also recommend that the classes may be held 5 time a week so that students can manage with their coaching timings and duely complete their assignments given by the respective subject teachers as well as the coaching teachers.

Further I would like to suggest you that the 8 am classes are not quite successful as the students are not ready for the class at such early hours and this results in the wastage of precious time of the teacher as well as the student... My suggestion would be that the classes should be postponed to a later time and the break between consecutive classes be reduced. This will result in students getting much more time to complete the assignments given by school teachers...

Amidst the kerfuffle caused by Covid-19 pandemic ,I was agitated in the context of my studies.

This novel Corona virus was consuming precious time which I could devote into achieving good grades in class 12th but my school made sure that I utilised this time aptly.

By the virtue of online classes I could connect with my teachers and fellow batch mates for insightful discussions.

Our teachers tried different applications which suited their needs for instance zoom, Microsoft teams and Google classroom.

These applications had wide varied options which helped me to receive and submit assignments based on the topics I was taught in class.

The very amusing features which these applications offered was two way interaction which allowed me to solve my queries then and there.

I am Amrita Walia Kumar and am also writing on behalf of my husband Amit Kumar. In light of the recent incident with our child, Amishi Verma (Class - 2A, BBPS Dwarka), we wanted to applaud the school authorities and management and share our sincere appreciation to the school.

Our ward is participating in Leh - Ladakh Dance in Annual Day Celebration and was practicing for same on the evening of 1st November. We understand from school authorities that it was a minor accident and injury on her forehead and hence bleeding had spread on her face and clothes. Below are few observations and immediate action was taken by response team :

The teacher was present in an immediate vicinity of my child (Amishi Verma) and she was immediately rushed to Medical Room.
A doctor was present in the school and hence there was no delay in immediate Medical Aid.
Doctor on duty had complete access to Amishi's Medical history and was quick in giving the Medical Aid. (Amishi has Multiple Hemangiomas with slightly enlarged clustered hemangioma in right upper side of the forehead. The doctor was categorically aware of same and took special care of same)
Amishi was cleaned and was washed off properly.
Once the crisis was averted I was informed immediately and I could speak to my daughter as well.
Staff at Security (Teachers, Office staff, and Security guards) were prompt to give way to me despite not being able to carry Parent iCard.
There was a regular follow up by Teacher in Charge (Ma'am Jasmine) once she was with me at home.

Please pass on our appreciation to Ma'am Jasmine and her colleague for her quick action and School management for supporting the Infrastructure for managing crisis like these. In tough times like these when we get to hear so much about other schools on negligence, responsive and responsible actions(s) by the BBPS, Dwarka has reinstated our belief and confidence in the school authorities.

I have been always an appreciator and thanks full to the teachers, Principle and School management of BBPSDW for using the technology for bridging the GAP between the school and home. In 2016 when my daughter got admission in the school, my worry was how I will be able to communicate with my daughter's teacher as well as school. Then I found school teachers are using technology & are available even after school hours to help their students and parents in solving their problems. We are excited to know that school has introduced Snap Homework, as a parent have registered with Snap homework and found it very useful and easier to monitor and understand the homework, activities, worksheets, class notes etc. related and important for my daughter. On the onset, I would like to thank the Bal Bharti Pariwar for giving me this opportunity to share my personal insight for the school with all of you.

We as parents want nothing but the best for our children and I am sure all of you present here would admit that choosing the right school for our children has been a decision as difficult as risking our savings made for old age. There is so much insecurity within us. For the first time, our babies step out of our protective shadow to learn to fly on their own. It is a difficult decision, to leave our beloved in unknown hands. More than the children, it's we -the parents, who find the transition difficult. At least I did. Being an overprotective mom, I was perhaps more inconsolable than my son Atharv. Even the best of reviews from existing student's parents did not lessen my anxiety. But in just a couple of days, I came to realise that I have taken the right decision by choosing BBPS.

Let me narrate an incident here. On the first day of school when we came to know that each class houses an average of 45 children, we felt that it was too large a strength for a single teacher, especially when the class consists of four-year-old first-timers. One of the skeptical parents remarked that our children will get lost in the crowd and my own skepticism grew. But in just three days all my worries were taken care of. On the very third day of school, my son was particularly adamant about not going to school. I coaxed him to go by putting a small candy in his pocket. By then, when I had not even expected the class teacher to know him by name, I was pleasantly surprised when the class teacher walked up to me that afternoon to tell me that I should not have done that. Firstly candies are unhealthy and are not encouraged by the school and secondly, it would inculcate the wrong habit in my child. I was exhilarated, if this is the kind of undivided attention a teacher in Bal Bharati gives to her students, we sure have all reasons to believe this school is their second home. Ms. Apoorva Kapoor hope u r listening and feeling as nostalgic as I am.

This was just one, but there are many more such incidents where the teachers and staff of the school reinstated my trust and confidence in them. One more remarkable incident that I can recall today is where I had penned a negative remark for my son in his PTM diary and his overprotective class teacher Mrs. Kavita Chaddha defended him so strongly and graciously that I had to take back my own remark. It was as if she was Atharv's mother and I was playing a stern judge. We have all from time to time received calls from class teachers to enquire about our child's health and we all know how it feels. Such a simple gesture and yet we feel our children are in loving hands.

I would also like to add here that this kind of benchmark is set by exceptional supervision. I have seen Mrs. Amrita Malhotra standing at the main entrance of the school to receive the children in their adaptation week and days to follow. I have seen her personally supervising the disbursal process in pouring rains. Mrs. Suruchi Gandhi, a highly rewarded and recognised educationist, in her address to the parents on orientation day, had put us all in so much ease when she shared her own experience as a parent. It was so comforting to know she has had her fair share of challenges as a mother and empathizes with us completely. It was indeed heart-warming to see how she puts her motherly instincts into her administrative skills.

Talking about the education perspective, we all will admit that no unnecessary amount of pressure is thrusted upon our children here. Teachers are just a phone call away to clear our doubts about teaching methods. I especially appreciate the activity method they use and after a close comparison with children of same age group studying in other schools. I have concluded that our children are blessed to enjoy much more activities than their counterparts. Visits to sabzi markets, petrol pumps, temples are like lessons outside the classroom. Even the rewards are delightful. How much our children enjoyed the much-awaited treat at McDonald's last week. What immense amount of effort and planning it must have taken the school behind all the stage performance our children have put-up. Imagine how precisely n seamlessly the teachers work to take hundreds of children out of the campus. I am happy to be associated with a progressive institution like this.

Words are not enough to thank all that BBPS has done for us and will continue to do in days to come. I myself teach at the university but these wonderful women truly raise the benchmark for me. I would like to recall a quote here -one looks back with appreciation to the brilliant teachers, but with gratitude to those who touched our human feelings. The curriculum is so much necessary raw material, but warmth is the vital element for the growing plant & the soul of the child.

The real challenge is to uplift the last category who got humiliated both at class and home. Brilliant teacher identifies positive qualities in them. Their dedication makes the dull student understand complex matter in the simplest way. This has gone truly with my daughter, Shubhangana, who is an alumnus of your school. Dear Suruchi Mam,

First of all, accept my heartiest congratulations for organizing a hugely successful Annual Day Program. The program in its entirety was a glittering display of how hundreds of students including some very young kids and teachers and staff of your school can gel together in a team effectively and produce a stupendous show of light, color, dance, song, ideas, and oration. The stage was literally very well managed and the audio and the video components worked remarkably well. Everything had a sign of some very neat and effective leadership holding each unit together so as to have a result that all of us witnessed on that evening of 11th November. At this moment I remember the Annual Day Program at my Alma Mater St. Xavier.s Patna, one of the best schools of the state then, a few decades back, and just wonder how times have gone ahead and how your school has managed to produce not only an impressive show but also a show of such a scale and grandeur. As I watched the program progressing I marveled at the clear and polished diction of the announcing teachers. I marveled at the amount of self-confidence and enthusiasm I could see when the Principal presented the annual report. I was awestruck by the achievements of dear students who impressed not only by their sheer numbers but also by the magnitude of the achievement. At times I was overwhelmed by the number of kids on stage with a diverse and beautiful dress and by the sheer range of performances. School is certainly going to have a great future and I am thrilled that I have to become a part of this august community.

Let such show go on and become stepping stone for holistic growth and future success.
