In a bid to inspire young students to overcome the fear of Mathematics and to develop love for the subject, the school celebrated “THE MATH ODYSSEY” for classes 6 to 9. The students explored the vast and mesmerizing world of mathematics by engaging in exciting activities which enhanced their mathematical skills and creativity.

The school successfully celebrated Biodiversity Week, fostering awareness and responsibility toward nature among students. From February 14 to 17, 2025, students from Classes VI to IX actively participated in hands-on activities such as Bird Nest Making, Kitchen Gardening, Plant Census, and Tree Census. These activities enhanced their understanding of biodiversity and encouraged conservation efforts, reinforcing the importance of preserving the environment for a sustainable future.

The Newsroom class activity provided students with a hands-on experience in news production through role-play, where they took on roles like news anchors, reporters, scriptwriters, cameramen, and producers. The activity enhanced language skills, teamwork, and technical awareness, helping students improve in writing, public speaking, and collaboration. Despite challenges like time management and nervousness, students adapted well and gained confidence. The activity successfully fostered communication, problem-solving, and real-world English proficiency, making it an engaging and enriching learning experience.

The Mini Hackathon 2024-25, saw students from Classes VI to IX showcase their technical and artistic talents at the TECH INNOVATION FEST 2024-25. Class VI students designed interactive games using Scratch, Class VII students created original digital designs using Canva and Adobe Express, Class VIII students developed mobile apps to address real-world issues, and Class IX students built AI-powered chatbots using MIT App Inventor. These activities fostered creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork while enhancing digital literacy and problem-solving skills.

A series of Sports Idiom Activities were held for students in classes VI to VIII, enhancing their understanding of idiomatic expressions. Activities included designing posters, creating comic strips, solving crossword puzzles, and writing poetry.

Students were encouraged to skim through a newspaper to analyse and evaluate headlines to discuss their significance.

To enhance creativity and spatial understanding, students were encouraged to design a fictional country including its location on a map, capital, language and climate.

Students were introduced to renowned authors and their contributions to literature. They researched on authors work prepared creative projects like digital posters & storyboard.

Class III: "Croc-tastic Characters!

Students crafted puppets of their favorite characters from The Enormous Crocodile and wrote short notes explaining why they liked them.

Class IV: "Roald Dahl’s Fantastic Favorites!“

Children created vibrant posters of their favorite Roald Dahl characters and described their admirable qualities.

Class V: "Dahl’s Book Battles: Your Must-Read Pick!“

Students designed persuasive posters to recommend their favorite Roald Dahl books and participated in a class vote for the most engaging one.

Students of Classes III to V organized a heartwarming Book Donation Drive, where they generously donated books to underprivileged children. This initiative fostered a spirit of sharing and encouraged the habit of reading among those in need.

Class 2 students brought stories to life during the library period by narrating their favorite tales with creativity and enthusiasm. The activity encouraged their imagination, confidence, and love for storytelling.

The SHIN Program's approach to teaching patterns using puzzles and cubes has proved to be highly effective in engaging Grade 3, 4 and 5 students, nurturing their pattern recognition and spatial thinking skills. The interactive and visual nature of the activity captures the students interest and make learning patterns enjoyable.

Class IX participated in a Mascot Model Making Activity on April 5, 2024, fostering creativity and school spirit for the BBPS Inter Unit Sports Meet through unique 3-D mascot designs, promoting imagination and artistic expression.

Students of class IX & X utilized the dynamic capabilities of the online platform "Adobe Express" to craft captivating video invitations for the upcoming events: Sports Meet and Winter Carnival. With their creative prowess, they skillfully captured the essence and excitement surrounding these occasions.

Students in Class VI exhibited exceptional enthusiasm and dedication while creating 3D stadiums of their favorite sports, fostering collaborative learning and showcasing their artistic talents. The activity encouraged research, skillful construction, and the exchange of ideas, providing a creative platform for expressing their love for sports.

Students of class VI crafted beautiful batons adorned with meaningful messages. Students were engaged in brainstorming sessions and collaboratively decorated the batons, infusing them with creativity and purpose.
